You will need following (also see picture)
- Tissue papers
- Permanent marker (black or any other colour)
- Sketch pens (few colours)

5-Step Procedure:
Step 1: Fold the tissue paper. If you want a bigger picture then keep 2 tissue papers on each other.
Step 2: Draw a design outline (For example - Cloud, Butterfly, Rainbow, etc.) with permanent marker on the top layer of tissue paper.
Step 3: Turn top layer and you should see faint outline on bottom paper. Now colour on bottom paper with sketch pens. You need not to be perfect, just make sure paper doesn't tear while drawing with pressure pressure. Fold back the paper.
Step 4: Now your magic tissue paper is ready. You can call mom and show the top layer which is colourless design. Take a bowl of water and drop the tissue paper slowly in the water and within seconds the design will be filled with colurs.
Step 5: And magic begins ...
