Horizontal scroll bar
appears when Wordwrap is enabled.
A small blinking line on
the monitor is known as a cursor.
Vertical scroll bar can
be moved left and write to read the full story in the Notepad.
Vertical scroll bar will
appear in the Notepad when the text does not fit into one screen.
Horizontal scroll can be
moved up and down to read the full story in the Notepad.
Wordpad has more options
than Notepad.
Ribbon is present in
Notepad.
Text color can be changed
to different colors in Notepad.
Text can be underlined in
Wordpad.
Italics option is
available in Notepad as well as Wordpad.
Italics option is used
for displaying text in slanted form.
Bold option is used to
make the text darker than normal.
Title bar is at the top
and status bar is at the bottom in Notepad as well as Wordpad.
To the right of the title
bar are three buttons – Minimize, Maximize and Close.
The restore button is
used to make the window smaller.
You can change color of
multiple lines at once in Wordpad.
After writing document
name in File name box, to complete save process, click cancel button.
One can change color of
text in Notepad.
Saved file name appears
in the title bar.
